Under the direction of EU bureaucrats, Europe is required to admit more and more third-world immigrants, most of them Muslims. Institutions must change to accommodate them. Any criticism of Islam will be punished by lawsuits or state prosecution. Muslims will change the continent beyond recognition over the next two decades, and almost no policy-makers are talking about it.
