Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi (another fake saint) The name “Mahatma” itself means “Great Soul.” That’s somewhere between a saint and a messiah. Gandhi was more of a Hindu Hitler with a messianic syndrome ... Gandhi has become, in India and around the globe, a simplified version of what he was: A smiling saint who wore a white loincloth. Gandhi is portrayed as a saint, which he was not at all. In my opinion he was a very shrewd politician. He was a barrister who really knew how to work the system and manipulate people. Gandhi was dangerously politically incompetent. He advised the Jews to adopt nonviolence toward the Nazis. Another of the biggest myths about nonviolent action is the idea that Gandhi invented it. Gandhi is often called “the father of nonviolence.” Years before that, there were nonviolent actions in India, China, Russia, and South Africa. http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/583831.Gandhi_as_a_Political_Strategist Gandhi was an unabashedly diehard supporter of India's Hindu caste system, and would never mix with a lowly group or caste. He was a racist: On white Africans he wrote: "We believe as much in the purity of races as we think they do." Gandhi was a lunatic. He could never evolve beyond sex and vegetarianism. His understanding of religion was more of a dogma than an appreciation for deeper things in life. Gandhi deprived his wife of the benefits of British medicine that could have saved her life. Gandhi was an enema-freak who would sleep between very young girls to test his “chastity”. Gandhi was a very flawed individual and not deserving of all the respect he gets. Just like the left who tripped over themselves trying to get in line to kneel before Mandela, the truth of the man is not that pretty of a tale.
